		<description>Ha! Well I, for one, love lemon meringue, both for the meringue &lt;i&gt;and&lt;/i&gt; the filling. It wouldn&#039;t be as satisfying without the contrast between the two. Glad to hear the comment hadn&#039;t offended you.</description>
